Weimiao Delivers Industrial Control Cabinet for Water Treatment Plant Machine Room
Weimiao designed and delivered a custom PLC control cabinet for a municipal water treatment plant.
Built for the main machine room, the cabinet integrates international-grade electrical components with IP-rated sheet metal housing—engineered for high humidity and continuous operation. It supports automation of flow regulation, pump control, and system safety with UL-compliant wiring and smart internal routing.

To ensure maximum reliability and global compliance, the cabinet incorporates a wide range of world-class electrical components from leading manufacturers, all selected for their robustness, certification, and compatibility with PLC automation systems.

Mitsubishi FR-A840 Inverter – advanced frequency control for motor-driven systems
ABB SACE Circuit Breakers – overcurrent and short-circuit protection
ABB Isolators and Disconnectors – for safe equipment maintenance
ABB TA Series Breaker Protectors – thermal and magnetic trip protection
ABB AC Contactors & Thermal Overloads – for start-stop motor control
Temperature Monitoring Relay – to prevent overheating in high-load circuits
Phoenix Contact Terminal Blocks – modular wiring and safe signal connection
All components are professionally installed inside the enclosure, with UL-standard wire terminations, fire-retardant ducts, and clearly labeled terminal rows for on-site wiring simplicity.

As with every Weimiao project, this cabinet was 100% custom-designed and fabricated in-house at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility. We applied our end-to-end capabilities—from sheet metal cutting to final wiring—to deliver a turnkey solution that reduces on-site workload and ensures immediate operability.
