Our scope includes: • Panel design based on Zone 1 / Zone 2 or Class I Division 2 requirements • Component selection with ATEX / IECEx certified devices • Electrical integration, wiring, and FAT testing • Documentation support according to IEC / EN standards Please note that ATEX / IECEx compliance is project-based and depends on the specified hazardous area classification and components used. Certification and labeling are provided according to project requirements.

Yes. Our explosion-proof enclosures are engineered for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, with designs aligned to Ex d, Ex e, Ex de and IECEx requirements.

We specialize in custom-built and fabricated explosion-proof enclosures. We are not a distributor of off-the-shelf ATEX enclosures.

We commonly manufacture explosion-proof enclosures using stainless steel 316 / 316L for offshore, marine, and chemical plant environments.

Yes. Our corrosion-resistant enclosures are engineered for EPC projects with defined environmental requirements, drawings, and long-term lifecycle expectations.

Yes. We support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) including visual inspection, dimensional verification, sealing checks, and interface confirmation prior to delivery.

All enclosures are prepared for international export, including protective packaging, labeling, and documentation suitable for overseas project delivery.

No. We provide PLC control panel assembly services only. We do not sell standalone PLC CPUs, HMI touch panels, I/O modules, or individual automation components. All PLC solutions are delivered as complete, custom-built control panels with wiring, integration, and FAT testing for industrial projects.

No. We specialize in PLC + VFD integrated control panel assembly for industrial automation projects. We do not supply standalone VFD drives, pump controllers, or off-the-shelf motor control units. Our scope covers complete panel assembly, PLC integration, wiring, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

No. We provide MCC and low voltage switchgear panel assembly services only. We do not sell standalone MCC units, electrical components, breakers, motor starters, or distribution boards. All MCC and switchgear panels are custom-built for EPC and industrial projects based on approved drawings and specifications.

No. Weimiao does not sell standard, catalog, or off-the-shelf operator consoles. All auxiliary consoles are custom-built for engineering projects based on client layouts, drawings, and system requirements.

For auxiliary console projects, we focus on project-based manufacturing for EPC, OEM, and system integrators. We do not support single-unit retail sales or console-only purchases outside an engineering project scope.

No. Weimiao does not provide branded console replacements or equivalent products for ABB, Hoffman, or other manufacturers. Our consoles are engineered to project specifications, not brand substitution.

No. Auxiliary consoles are operator workstations, not MCC panels, switchgear, or standalone electrical control panels. They are typically used alongside PLC, MCC, or SCADA systems as human–machine interface platforms.

No. We do not sell electrical components, control room furniture, desks, or accessories separately. Our scope is custom auxiliary console fabrication and integration for industrial projects only.

Our auxiliary consoles are designed for EPC contractors, OEM system builders, and industrial engineering projects requiring custom layouts, ergonomic design, and long-term reliability in control room environments.

We focus on project-based ATEX & Ex-proof enclosure manufacturing for EPC, OEM, and system integrators. We do not sell single units, retail orders, or component-only boxes.

No. Our ATEX & Explosion-Proof enclosures are fully custom and project-specific. We do not provide ABB, Appleton, or other branded replacement units.

No. Our enclosures are designed for industrial, hazardous area, and certified project applications only.

All units are built per project specifications and integrate into larger industrial systems. We do not sell standalone pre-assembled boxes for individual use.
