Weimiao recently completed the fabrication and integration of a custom PLC control cabinet with 4 independent VFD channels, designed for use in a municipal sewage treatment system. Built to support automation of pumps, aeration systems, and water circulation units, this cabinet ensures precise motor control, system reliability, and energy-efficient performance under continuous operation conditions.

Project Overview

This project focuses on the design and manufacturing of a wastewater control panel and stormwater management control cabinet for urban drainage and municipal infrastructure applications. As a PLC control panel manufacturer, Weimiao Control Panels engineered a fully customized solution using a corrosion-resistant industrial enclosure fabricated from a 316L stainless steel enclosure, ensuring long-term reliability in aggressive outdoor and wastewater environments.

Project Overview

This project involved the complete design and manufacturing of a customized PLC + VFD automated production control system for a chemical manufacturing plant operating in a hazardous environment.

Due to the presence of flammable chemicals and volatile substances within the production area, all automation equipment required explosion-proof protection. Weimiao Control Panels was responsible for the overall automation architecture, covering field-level control panels, motor and valve automation, and centralized monitoring within the control room—ensuring safe, stable, and fully automated plant operations.

Project Overview – Tailored Flameproof Electrical Box for Oil, Gas, and Chemical Operations

This project features a custom-built GCK Motor Control Center (MCC) low voltage panel, engineered by Weimiao for centralized motor control and power distribution in industrial applications.

Unlike conventional fixed-type cabinets, this LV panel system adopts a withdrawable drawer design, allowing operators to control, maintain, and expand motor circuits with minimal disruption. It is especially suitable for facilities requiring continuous operation and frequent load adjustments.

This project by Weimiao features a fully customized MNS Low Voltage Switchgear Panel (LV Panel), engineered for reliable power distribution and motor control in high-demand industrial environments such as power plants, oil fields, and natural gas processing facilities.

Operator-Controlled Emergency Console for Power Generation Control Room

Weimiao recently completed the design, fabrication, and electrical integration of a custom auxiliary console for a national power plant in the Middle East. Installed in the main control room, this operator-facing console plays a critical role in emergency handling and system safety. It allows operators to immediately shut down designated processes when abnormal machinery behavior is detected, ensuring rapid response and effective fault containment.

Project Overview – Multi-Brand PLC Control System for Cooling Applications

This project features a GGD-type PLC control cabinet designed and manufactured by Weimiao, engineered to manage a fully automated industrial cooling system. The cabinet integrates world-class automation components across power distribution, control logic, and field I/O, making it a scalable and future-ready solution.

Designed for a France-based automation system, this corrosion-resistant industrial enclosure operates reliably in 100–130°C acidic conditions with full IP68 protection. Built using 316 stainless steel and high-performance sealing, the solution was successfully validated through third-party testing in Europe.
