Project Background & Environmental Significance

This project was developed for a municipal government–owned large-scale wastewater treatment plant, designed to improve water quality through advanced automation, precise chemical dosing, and centralized monitoring. Weimiao Control Panels was commissioned to deliver a complete industrial automation and control solution for this wastewater treatment facility, covering the entire process from chemical dosing to final water purification.
The project scope included:

PLC Control Panels for Accurate Chemical Dosing
At the initial stage of wastewater treatment, precise chemical dosing is essential to ensure effective purification.Weimiao designed and manufactured PLC control panels to handle:
Automatic calculation of chemical dosing ratios

Central Control Room & SCADA Monitoring System
A fully integrated central control room monitoring system was designed and programmed for this project, allowing operators to supervise the entire plant from a single location.
Through customized SCADA / HMI interfaces, operators can:

View live data for levels, flow rates, and equipment status
Receive instant alarms with clear fault location indicators
